Long Day
Got up with JT. He was packing to go to the cottage to open up for the season. I had to drive to Philadelphia for a prospect call/proposal presentation.
Long day.
Went to my Mom’s to make her dinner. She was not in a good mood. It is tough to be partly blind and hard of hearing. When no one is there, she gets very lonely. It is tough.
Your mom and I have a lot in common. Don’t see anyone for weeks at a time other than when I go shopping. Am afraid to drink for fear of it becoming a cure for loneliness. Willy

RYN: I wonder where they go? I think some just lose interest, or maybe the need, to keep up a diary or a blog. Some of them I truly miss.

R: Thanks for dropping by! It’s sad when older people get very lonely. Is she willing to partake in some kind of social activity, join a group, or start up a some kind of lonely woman’s group? I’m just throwing bubbles in the air here with suggestions… G~
