Too cold to even walk to the store

My weight was going way down. I was at around 120 lbs yesterday,  but that is likely over now. Someone I know brought donuts and muffins for our staff today. We did a presentation yesterday and it was a thank you, for that. I had one that was shaped like a bear claw. I think maybe it was a dutchie? And I had 2 coupons for free mcCafe coffee at Mcdonalds. The coupons expire tomorrow so I used one today.

It was so cold that even though my car was plugged in it made a screeching noise when I started the car. And the gear shift seemed really stiff. It was around -37 farenheit and has just warmed up by a few degrees. In weather like this even a short walk to the store seems like torture.

I did drive to Mcdonalds to get a rasberry MCcafe coffee though. By the time I got back to the office the whipped cream was gone. I also ordered a grilled chicken wrap. I feel like a chump if I use a coupon for something free and don’t buy anything else. The coffee was good. They are way too expensive when I have to pay though.

And the dutchie or whatever that donut was, I enjoyed very much. I was just going to hve half of it. Then all of a sudden there was just a few bites left. And I was worried I was getting too skinny, ha! The Anime girls have been fairly quiet lately. I could hear them on the weekend, but that was fine. They were baking something that smelled scrumdiddleyumptious.

On Monday I was feeling sick. I was incoherent and had the chills then i would be warm. I had a sore throat and wasn’t very coherent. I don’t even try to take sick leave, these days though.  I was so out of it that day I couldn’t think right. I went to the store after work and bought some cold meds and was looking at the gigerale. I was going to buy some roccola lozenges but they were over $3. So I go up to the front of the store to grab a small pack of Halls. And completely forgot about my mission.

In February I’m going to take some credit building workshops. It goes from February 12th, 19th, then there is one on March 5th. The topics are credit basics, money management & budgeting then becoming a homeowner. It is free so I thought why not. I was going to ask Karl to go, but he doesn’t really seem to want to do much lately I want to buy a house but it isn’t within my budget right now. They don’t have foreclosed places here. The only houses that I can afford are inner city. Not so say in the area I live in there are no crimes. The crimes by where I live are mainly robberies at businesses though. There seem to be more assaults and street robberies inner city. And I would have a 20 minute drive to work in icy and snowy conditions. I bought a Jones soda a few months ago. The bottle liner fortune was "you will move into a new home within a year." I feel sluggish from that Dutchie and coffee. Lately I have been napping after work.
