Honest answer: I make a video of myself talking for 5-10 minutes and then I watch it back. I call it videoblogging. I also sometimes go out on a trail where no one is around and talk to the trees/god/the sky. I talk to my dogs.
The crisis line will answer.
I have lived alone for almost 7 years, it can be really hard.
