I’m sorry you are struggling today.  These awful feelings are only temporary however. Can you get yourself outside or away from everyone for 5 minutes and breathe. Close your eyes. Just deep breathe the fresh cold air. Think only of the fresh air coming in and cleaning your body and mind and the ugly thoughts going out with each exhale. Before you go back in, remind yourself there are better days ahead and you can get through today to get to those better days.
