ummm….
Today did not get of to a good start. Had to rush out this morning without breakfast. Not even a cup of tea. Before id even properly got round the supermarket I was throwing in biscuits and double packs of chocolate bars. I got a cooked roast chicken to have with some salad and water for dinner. yeah, you guessed it. I sat and picked at the chicken till it was a quarter gone.
I’m going to have to do something about this eating everything in site. Ill call this a BAD WEEK. In the past when I did try to loose weight i lost almost a stone, but then lapsed back into old eating habits and banged it back on again. I started to keep the scales in my room, and i know that keeping them in my room isnt good, but it really does help. I can see if its going up or down. Can adjust exercise as i want then .
Weighed myself today saw that i had gone up a few lbs. was so pissed off.
weight today 18 stone 8lbs .not a good start to 2012 is it ?
i found when i had my scale in my view i was obsessive over it, and really it didn’t help a thing. I also find that sometimes I eat more when I’m bored or stressed. Chewing gum or sucking on mints does definately help with that.
