A bad year

         Ok, after a bad year and several illnesess im back …. Only just tho people. Im back up to 18 st and am not happy, i got way bellow that and was happy with it.  my bike was a total godsend and i was on it everyday. Have another hospital appointment this coming week, so hope all goes ok. 

I really, really love winter. Im just like a big kid. the cold weather is just the start of it all and at the end of the month is Halloween .  So far i have a huge box of stuff for halloween and have had more fun planning this years display than ever….   .     Have even picked up a small outfit for my cat!! More people in the area are joining in with the celebration than say five years ago, which is cool too .  But i am already half finished with my costume and cant wait to get it on . 

The scales in my room have helped immensly with the loosing of my , bumps, shall we say.  Plan to  keep up the work and the swimming . Hope to start some aerobic classes just before christmas so ill be busy !!
