relief from hades
It looks like its about to rain and I am so hoping it does. Not storm but rain. It is TOO hot here and we could use the cool down. Anyway when was the last time I wrote? *draws a blank*
Lets see… I stayed the night with Deannia and the kids Sunday night. It was a spur of the moment thing. I didnt have an extra change of clothes, bathing suit, pajamas, toothbrush, nothing. lol. Deannia gave me some of those things to borrow and I got a toothbrush to keep there. Seriously thinking about getting a bathing suit to keep there too. Who knows?
Omg I am so hungry… Sorry. Random distraction.
What’d we do over Deannia’s? Nothing out of the ordinary. Swam, watched movies with the girls, sat around and talked. Normal stuff like that.
Tuesday Jerry asked me to hang out with him again so I did. I told him that I still didnt really have the extra spending money to go out to eat but he was all like oh I’ll pay again. I said well ok as long as you dont mind. I also said he could pick the restaurant this time that we’d have lunch at and we said we’d go back to the park and talk then back to Deannia’s to chill for a while. Just like we did last week. Ok so he calls me before he heads over to pick me up saying that he’s running a little late and he’s on his way. Ok thats fine. I grab my camera when he gets here and hop in his car. When I get in I was like well whwere’d you want to go have lunch? He says oh I’m not hungry. OOOOkay… Why did you not tell me that when you called so I could grab something to eat real quick? I was starving. I opted not to eat because we were supposed to go to lunch and I could wait. So we didnt eat. We stayed at the park for like 5 minutes literally because it was so hot. There were no ducks or geese running around for me to take pictures of. Which disappointed me because last week we saw all kinds of cute little duckings and goslings running around. Anyway we go to sit and talk to Deannia for a couple of hours then head back to drop me back off at home. SOON as he pulls into my driveway he goes I think I’m going to swing by Burger King, I’m getting kinda hungry now. Ummmm wtf? YOU asked me to hang out. YOU said you’d pay again when you know I’m not entirely comfortable with people paying for me twice or more in a row. YOU failed to tell me you werent hungry so I could eat. Besides all that if he didnt want to pay for me he for one didnt have to offer and for two could’ve told me and we could’ve hung out another day like I suggested. UGH. Yeah I was irritated. Common courtesy man… common courtesy.
Anyway, I am going to the store tomorrow to get some hair dye. I so cannot wait to get my hair back to my natural color. Dont get me wrong. I love my reddish orange hair color but my roots are growing out terribly and its too much work to keep the color up. I had to dye my hair blonde then go back behind it and dye it red to get it that color. It wasnt SUPPOSED to be that color but thats how it came out. Anyway, natural color it is for a while, at least until my hair gets long again. Which I cant wait for it to grow back out.
Summer is getting dreadfully boring now so I am kinda in a way ready for classes to start back up. Maybe its because I’m almost done with my Associates here and can finally move on to my Bachelor’s. Now where I’m going to transfer to I have no clue. I’ve got to look around for the most reasonable university around here. I’d rather go out of state but I dont know. Wherever God leads me I guess.
Some of the girls in the youth group have "claimed’ me as their mama today. lol. It tickles me seeing as how I cant have my own kids soooo it touches me that they like me that much. They all have my number and Yahoo name and they’ve begun texting or IM’ing me on yahoo.
