Nojomo 30 – The End

Since someone so lovingly called me a slacker, I thought I’d squeeze in a final nojomo entry. lol. You know who you are! Anywhoozle, yesterday was awesome. We all did Christmas hella early. I think I already wrote about giving my parents their gifts. I’ll look back to see and mention it in my next entry if I havent. But anyway yesterday Mom gave me and my brother our Christmas money. $100 each.

Why so early you ask? Because my brother is trying to go skiing with some friends this year and he needed the money by the 12th so he can pay his part of the lodge or whatever. They had to book everything early I guess. So since Josh needed his money early, mom gave me her money for me early too. Dad gave Josh his $100 for him early too but I told dad he can wait to give me mine since there is a such thing as bills and such. But I got mom’s early so therefore I went to Game Stop to get myself a Wii since they still had some in stock. Walmart had theirs on sale for $249 but they were sold out. So we figured to see if there was an off chance that Game Stop had some in and they did! For the same price at that. Awesomeness! AND on top of that I got the LAST Rockband bundle set for the Wii that they had for like $120. Yes I dipped into my own account to pay the rest on it but I plan on putting the $100 dad gives me back into my account when I get it to make up for that. I knew if I waited on any of this I probably wouldnt be able to get it.

So dad set it up for me and we all sat down and played for a while. It was hilarious. Mom watched me play a song on the drums and she was all like "Oh thats easy, I can do that." So I said yeah right, got up and restarted the song so she could play. Her gettin all flustered and mixed up with the beat and combinations was hilarious. She was even cracking up. She didnt last 2 minutes on the song before she got booed off. Dad wanted to try so we ended up just sitting down and playing for a while. Mom tried a few times on the guitar and the mic as well as a few more times on the drums. Dad tried a few more times on drums and guitar but he didnt want to do the singing. So we all just rotated for a while. We laughed the whole time. I’m glad they liked it and we actually spent some family time together. Where was Josh you ask? He took off with his friend Phillip while we were setting up so yeah he didnt stick around to play. I was kinda bummed about that because I rarely get to spend time with him. I was kinda hoping this game would get us to chill out a bit but he’s always running around with his friends. Younger brothers… gotta love them right?

Other than that not much has been going on. Been chilling at home with my parents and with my brother when he does choose to sit down for a minute at home which as I already said isnt very often. I dont really blame him though. It gets super boring around here. I cant drive so I really have no choice but to deal with it unless someone invites me somewhere to do something. That hasnt happened too often lately. Last Saturday I did stay the night with Deannia because she asked me to. We chilled then went to see Twilight the next day. Other than that I havent been out or socialized in over a week. How sad is that? Stupid lack of ability to drive gets to me sometimes. Drives me insane at times. Oh well, I cant help how I was born right? Just suck it up and pray to have a car one day so I can get around on my own and not depend on anyone else to get to where I need to go.
