Late holiday wishes
So I am back. After like what? over a month? lol I’m bad I know. But at least its not a bahzillion months of absence this time. Yesterday was great. Let me backtrack to a couple of weeks ago first. Two Sundays ago my friend Jerry went to church with me for the first time. Did I write that I changed churches about a month ago? If not I’m now going to Word of Truth Global Ministries. It is AWESOME and I can already tell I’m growing in the Spirit there. Anyway Jerry told me he didnt believe in God when I first met him a couple years ago. Come to find out he bought himself a bible and started reading some on his own because he was becoming curious about God. It kinda surprised me so I told him if he ever wanted to come to church with me he’s welcome to. This was like 2 weeks ago Thursday. He said he wanted to come with me that Sunday and he did. He loved it so much that he said he accepted Christ and wanted to start going with me every Sunday! That was totally amazing and made me smile. He missed last Sunday because he was drugged up and in pain from dental surgery but he came with me yesterday. Anyway service was awesome and we went to Subway to grab lunch afterward. Around 5ish I went to Mrs. Lisa’s (mama Lisa’s) for their bbq get together. LeRoy came in because his friend Josh was shot and killed Friday 
. Josh was such a great guy and its a shame he was a victim of such a violent random crime. So Roy is around this neck of the woods for a week to be with Josh’s family and to go to the funeral. Yesterday was fun though. Roy enjoyed being with his family and I’m sure it was nice that he could get his mind off of what happened for a few hours. We ate a bunch of great food and clowned and talked for a few hours until he headed out to Josh’s family to stay with them. He should be back at mama Lisa’s sometime this week and I think I’m going to the funeral too to pay my respects. Anthony and I are still talking. Just enjoying each other’s company and not rushing into anything. Which is the way I like it. Rushing into things usually doesn’t work out for me. lol. He still calls me everyday and sometimes in all hours of the night when he cant sleep. lol. Its cute. He says he still really likes me and such so… we’ll see where things go.
Tuesday night Deannia, her daughter Brit, Brit’s bf Alex, and Alex’s sis Kelcey went to Jonesboro to get good seats for our midnight opening show of Eclipse. We got our seats at 10 pm and the show started at 12:15. And the theater was packed when we got there! All 14 cinemas were playing Eclipse and every one of them was sold out. We got our tickets in advance online so all we had to do was get there early to get 5 seats together. It was so much fun. Those kids are something else. Alex calls me Mommy now lol. Too funny.
Oh and Deannia and I are suposed to see…. JEFF DUNHAM on the 15th!!!! I am so amped to see him. I love Peanut and Achmed. Awesomeness. Anyway this is short and sweet but I wanted to let you guys know I miss you all. Hope you all had a great holiday. I love you all and God bless!
