Have a great turkey day?
Well since I was given a hard time about not writing anymore I thought I’d write a quick something. Not much has been going on in my life as usual but the holiday was good. My cousins Amani and Nasir came to stay with us for a few days. They got here late Wednesday afternoon and we took them home yesterday morning. We didnt do anything. They basically played video games or watched movies the whole time and I basically watched them do those things. Didnt really go out all week except to the movies and out for chinese with Leroy, Darrius, and Braxton Tuesday. We saw New Moon which was awesome. Other than that nothing out of the ordinary. I loved having the kids around even though they fussed and complained sometimes. They stayed glued to me pretty much so I didnt have any time to myself but its all good. I guess they love me for some reason. Got lots of hugs and kisses from them throughout the week and got to tuck them in at night and such. That was nice. Other than that I dont get out much at all and spend my free time watching tv, playing wow, or crocheting this blanket for Donnie which turned out to be a bigger project that I figured it to be. No complaints here though. It gets lonely but what do you do you know? Found out a friend from hs passed away last year. Susan Byars was super sweet and I feel terrible now that we lost touch. She died of cancer and I heard she was pregnant at one point but I dunno if she was able to carry it to term or what. Its all a huge surprise but I hope she’s happy now up there and not suffering. RIP Suzy Q and with that I’m out. I dont have a whole lot to talk about other than that. Love you all and God bless (if anyone still reads me that is lol).
