good look?
So I decided to change up my diary look even though I havent written in here in a while lol. I hope its readable! Things in life have been good. I’ve been staying busy as usual and I love it. Saturday the youth ministered at a quartet event and man God showed out. God totally took over the program and by the end of the night literally about 90% of the people there broke down. Weeping and hugging and praying for each other. It was a beautiful scene. People releasing things they had been holding on to for so long. All of my youth broke down crying and releasing some of the things they have had bottled up inside for years. I really think that was the beginning of healing for our youth that was there. Its really the start we needed. Last week was a crazy week for me and Shalonda involving the youth. One of our girls found out she was pregnant and we found out about a few things she had been getting into because of that. It really broke Shalonda’s and my heart but we were there for her and her mother. We took her to get a pregnancy test to find out for sure for her mother (her mother asked us to). And Shalonda took her to the clinic to get an exam and such the next day. Lord the battles we have to face when involved with teenagers. Everything is all good though. Even though this is the beginning of some hardships for her being a teenage mother, its not the end of her life. I believe this will be what finally straightens her up because she’s been on the path of running wild for a while. I love her though. I know deep down she wants to do right. She just needs to change who she surrounds herself with and replace them with good friends that wont negatively influence her. Anyway just a very very brief update that was all over the place. lol I wanted to let you guys know that I am still alive. Love you guys! *hugs and smooches* God bless!
