[2] relieve the pain.

We have a huge maple tree in our backyard.. I love it.. It casts shade over most of our yard during the afternoon…. We also have numerous other shrubs/small trees lining the other side of our yard (and yes, you would know this if I posted pictures of my yard.. I am such a jerk! I did take them though.. so be a little more patient)

Love the trees.  Hate the leaves.  We decided to rake today, since it was nice and "warm" and sunny.  After Cooper’s morning nap, and lunch I was getting started.  B decided to go get the clear bags that we have to put the leaves in, and took Cooper with him.  Unfortunately for me he had to stop at his aunt and uncles to help move some furniture around.  B showed back up and I had already finished all the raking, ALL OF IT.  It took me almost an hour.. I am fecking sore now too.. but it is done.  B bagged them all up and the yard is mostly clear of leaves.. Until the wind blows from our neighbours yard whom have proved themselves lazy in the yard maintenance department.. Next year will be better because there will be a fence up.. hopefully.

We made a great supper tonight.. We had to team up because I was doing laundry and baking cornbread muffins to eat with the shepards(sp?) pie.. yummy. 

This weekend I am supposed to go to Toronto for my friends staggette.. Is it bad that even though I am part of the wedding party that I don’t want to go? I really don’t. I have heard nothing about it, so I am hoping that it doesn’t happen.. BAD ME. Oh well.  Our plans are to take Cooper and him and Brandon will stay at my brothers place.. I will hopefully be able to put him to bed and then go out with the girls (i don’t really know them, but whateves) and I will hope to gawd that I don’t get lost in downtown toronto.. Eek! Public transportation is scary.. I will just cab it I hope! not to mention I am broke as a freakin’ joke.. Ohhhhh well.. In  month this wedding will be over and I will have a $300 dress and some shoes to wear around the house 🙂

I am now relaxing watching some sunday night television.. hoping and praying that Cooper doesn’t wake up tonight like he has the last two nights.. 2+ hours of crying around 11pm.. I am dreading it.. I get no sleep until he sleeps so I always end up boobing him around 1am.. The poor kid MUST be teething.. For realz this time.. lol.  I just can’t handle the crying in the wee hours.. any time before midnight sure.
