It’s A Start!!
1st Meal of the day! Okay I made this for my husband as well! But man was it yummy…
Just came back from a good 45 min workout!!
Walked to gym…so that was about 10min…then rode the bike for about 5 min…then did some weight workouts for my back… did some more for my breasts and while I walked out I took the details of a and contact for.
Then I walked back home… about 7 minutes…
I need to be serious about getting fit and healthy.
I am hoping that tomorrow I will kick start my Sunday back at the gym. I will give myself Monday off. But I need to keep up this momentum of going to gym!
