vroenis – back in effect…

Gee it’s been a while, but I eventually wrote this; there’s a single little f-word in there if you’re timid, but only one. At some point I’ll keep maintaining the pretense that vroenis and I are separate people, but for now it may as well be common knowledge, as all of the profiles linked to on my front-page are named under that moniker.

It was a strange thing to write, especially because of how upset and drained and sorrowful I am at the moment. Still it’s good to know I can still feel crazily sensuous even at the worst of times, and last night I must say I was all the way up into the heightened senses of sexuality, and yet all the way down into the depths of my sadness. That is a crazy place to be in indeed, but my god what a buzz.

**Edit: It isn’t all narcissism you know, though I won’t discount the fact that part of the inspiration in this piece was how horrible I felt and wanting to feel good about myself, but there’s also a very important element to that brash expression of one’s own beauty. The truth is that it is reflected in all of the characters, not just the protagonist. Furthermore there is an element of the reader’s (and indeed writer’s) self-confidence which is hopefully expressed in the narration by the protagonist (writer/author, in this case, myself). As always, there’s a whole lot more happening in the piece than what is literally described.

Ryn-wow thanks for all the notes, and theres alot of anime out there that I have yet to see. I didnt really get into all of the elements, and there are those few that dont have ongoing storylines. But still..I guess Im biased about anime. Im just some damned fanatic who finds american cartoons boring now. I just compared some anime that came to mind, and used it. I just wrote the entry hyped up on red bull. Let my mind just take to writing. You didnt offend me, seems you know alot about anime. Im soon going to be checking out alot more. I do that very often. There’s alot of mainstream anime I havent seen out there yet. I did learn some stuff from you. Course Im gonna have to read it when Im more awake and alive. Thanks. And the input is what I wanted. I guess I only saw half of things, it only took like ten minutes to type up the first paragraph. I might do this again. I did have fun writing about it. And this time I might just write about the comical side of things, have more anime out there. Azumanga Daioh is what Im aiming for soon. Thing is it would take forever to download any anime. And well lack of funds to do anything with. Its lovely. However thanks for your notes.

Its good to see one hell of a hardcore anime fan out there.

Oh and paradise kiss and a few others(one being that haibane one,I would butcher the correct spelling right now if I tried to write anymore. Im not all here) you mentioned, Im wanting to see and are on the must see list. Soon as I get cable, Im going to start dling them. Lain, I so wish to see this one. I have a friend who adores her and the anime. Theres so much out there and Im so going to lookfor it.
