Swing lesson 2 | Brunswick

(Monday nights at Bridie O’Rieley’s, Brunswick)

Nothing much to say, just revision for us regulars as we had quite a few newbies, as the level 1 class seems to be comprised of.
Tandem Charleston this week and the tap on five. The class probably could have done more, but there were a few who struggled a bit with it, so it was good that we chilled out, took it easy and had a lot of fun.

One thing worth mentioning is that Swing really lifts you up. After the moderately horrid days at work which are becoming quite a fixture in my office life, Swing never fails to give me joy, no matter how sombre a mood I’m in. I always end-up getting right into it from the very first moment of the lesson and really jumping around and having fun.

Can’t wait for Wednesday!
