Summer of Gunpla | Perfect Grade weekend – part 1

Rok and I finally start out Perfect Grades.
My favourite thing is the floral tablecloth. It suits the machines of war so well.

Strike and Skygrasper which I will be building, 00 Raiser and stand which are Rok’s.

Not very exciting for the delivery/deployment crafts really. Massive pieces that make you feel like you’re making a huge High Grade or NG 1/100.

Several hours later.

0 Raiser does death.

He can do it twice over with some more conveniently placed on the other side.

Skygrasper tail – well, Aile Striker really.

Despite the huge pieces, both models have some nice details. Skygrasper and Aile Striker both have ailerons.

Yes, the beamswords for Strike Gundam are that huge.

On to the frames in the morning.

Casualties;
Two pizzas – A peri-peri chicken and a Mediterranean Lamb from Crust – awesome.
A bottle of lemonade – none of this 5% fruit rubbish for me. Pure sugar-water.
MG Freedom – the blessing and curse of ABS plastic which I may or may not bitch about at a later date.
Bank-balance.
Intimate time with life-partner – no not really, see I don’t have one of those. Can’t for the life of me think of why though…
Actually I’m quite proud of my passions – so I don’t apologise for loving Gunpla at all. I could spend hours explaining to you what I love about these things. That sounds like a good idea. You should make arrangements to hang-out with us immediately. Just think; after Gunpla, we’ll get you into niche videogames, independent film, high quality music, long drives in the countryside, long walks in the city and the confidence that allows you to discuss anything openly without fear of rejection or dismissal. What more could you ask for?
