Schema records
From the very first time I purchased a CD from Schema records, it’s been something of a tour de force as I progress through each new album I buy. Schema can do no wrong, and every release on this label has been fantastic, if not absolutely outstanding.
Schema, a sub-label of Italian record comapany Ishtar, is based in Jazz, Bossa, Latin and Electro-Jazz/Bossa (meaning electronic, not electro as per the current electro-pop phase that the house and pop music scene is going through). It’s one of the world’s leading Bossa labels in the world today.
I’ve just received Freedom Jazz Dance from Amazon today, and Break ‘n Bossa vol. 2 is on its way, as I’m working my way through the Break ‘n Bossa series from the beginning.
If you’re into Jazz and Latin-jazz in any way, check out Schema releases, they really are amazing.
I shall check this out… but first..! http://icanhascheezburger.files.wordpress.com/2007/09/noir-cat-doesnt-mind-a-reasonable-amount-of-trouble.jpg
