running batteries down

so i deep sixed the aleph to re-condition the battery today.  very impressive battery life.  very impressive indeed.
ordinary life is beginning to wear thin, but that’s alright because i carry my own headspace with me anyway.  colours fade, words are meaningless, the sky is full of glorious nothing.

revisiting my influences is a definite priority.  it’s time to hit lain again.  followed immediately by texhnolyze.  then of-course, haibane renmei.
jin-roh.
ghost in the shell.
i don’t think i’d need stand alone complex – the film is more than enough.
actually i think i’ll start with the film and show it to laura.  her journey has already begun – and with quite a good series too – full metal panic followed by fumoffu.

but it’s time.
time to revive old circuitry.
time to be inspired and re-inspired.
time to leave behind the tragic waste of life that is popular-culture and every-day bullshit behind.
