This seems to be one of the earliest instances of me setting challenges for people. As I’ve written about recently, I look at all of my writing as a direct challenge to people, to measure what they’ll say and do.

The challenge of music is fairly pedestrian, back in 2003 it would have been difficult to find these other than having the discs on which they appear, but now it would be a simple matter of looking them up on YouTube or services like imeem. How the world changes.
