halo 2 | complete (normal)
yeah yeah, you have to start at heroic to get a true feel of it, but i couldn’t give a shit and was not interested in prolonging this game any longer than it needed to be.
i actually finished it some time ago but haven’t been bothered to write final impressions of it.
like i said before, it isn’t a bad game, and it’s better than halo 1, but i just didn’t enjoy it… a lot. i did enjoy parts of it, and the second time through i enjoyed certain parts more than the first time – when i say i didn’t want to prolong it, well – what do i mean… this is going nowhere because halo 2 just didn’t inspire me in any way. i don’t think i care enough to talk about it anymore. i think perhaps it was just more of the same, which was great, but i musn’t be in the mood. it should have had an ending, the later levels shouldn’t have had such bad level design, certain parts could have gone without the flood, or could have gone altogether to make space for… an ending, there shouldn’t have been a giant… i’ll stop there – anyone who’s played it knows to what i’m referring – for god’s sake, there’s only one thing i could be referring to.
arbiter was fun, for a while, though it’s just essentially doing missions with a different shaped hand and invisibility, what was hinted at in the form of low grav and dulled sound in the first mission when venturing outdoors, never came back in any way shape or form, so the rest of the game is just standard running, jumping, backpedaling and shooting, the story wasn’t that good anyway, even if it had have been finished,
i’m just whinging.
aaaaaaaahm, yeah – it was fun, mostly, partly, a bit. it’s much more fun co-op. that’s great.
deathmatch sucks – it’s repetative, get over it.
i’ve got silent hill 2 now for the box, and thank god the additional scenario is a separately playable element, not integrated into the original ps2 story.
…
donky konga rules.
“We needed more time.” Then take the time! Bloody XBOX fanboys! Look at Blizzard they delay their games and they release perfectly.
