No matter how sharp you think you were, when you finally dry-out, you’ll figure that the entire thing was a disaster.
If you’re not totally out of your mind, try and keep this in mind; when the sober person walks away, it’s not in defeat. You’ll be tempted to be elated, but too late you’ll realise that you just lost.
