It works.

 Soooo i’m getting a lot of questions on my last post regarding the body wrap.

I used the It Works body wrap.  

Um.. basically, i went to a friend and her sister was selling them, they put on this like.. cloth material.  It doesn’t wrap completely around you. it’s just a like, piece of material and on it was this gel type stuff.. it smells like menthol.  

and you put it on, and it tingles.. like, similar to icy hot, if you’re familiar.   You leave it on for a while, and she told me it wont do any harm to leave it on longer than 45 minutes, but do it at least 45 minutes, and as long as you’d like.  The more of the gel that gets soaked in, the better your results are going to be.

so i kept it on about 2 hours, and i decided i wanted to nap, and i took it off at that point.  She told me that when i took it off, to really rub in any of the extra gel-lotiony stuff that was left, and i did, 

the gel stuff is all natural, it’s a detox treatment basically.  It’s for like tightening and toning, it is not meant for weight loss from my understanding.  

I drank a ton of water, she told me not to drink pop or have too much fried food or anything for the 72 hours.. it is a detox thing after all.

I don’t actually know.. like, what happened at all.  It doesn’t seem like it should work like that.  But.. it did

if you guys are going to use it, she did tell me that normally the first time you use it you’ll get the least amount of results.  she told me it’s a process, and you can use the wraps up to every 72 hours, and generally the first is the least noticeable but if you keep at it you’ll be glad you did.  She has never had anybody lose less than an inch, and .. idk. it’s just amazing.  Thoroughly impressed.  

Also, it left my skin like crazy, crazy smooth.  

So she gave me a few more, and i’ll be using them eventually. i’ll let you guys know of any updates. =)

side note: apparently have court tomorrow.  it’s a big mess of confusion, but it seems like it’s still on.. or at least that i still have to show up.  So that’s a thing.  also school started today.  already crazy busy. yikes.
