The last dandelion + 30 day detox
I’m currently (after listening to a motivational speech) doing a 30 day detox of Facebook because I am aware I use it too much. This involved constantly checking for the latest notification and making sure I have acknowledged everyone’s comments. I’m on day 3 and I don’t miss it that much. Now I just have to make sure I don’t replace one bad habit with another like going through those addictive YouTube short videos.
The holiday break has officially started over here! and I am so looking forward to resting my body. My work life can be physically demanding… I’m just relieved to have a week off.
I have been shown a lot of love and care by the folk at work and It melts my heart. It’s not the presents or money .. it’s the fact that they thought of me, it tears me up.
To end the entry… I saw a dandelion surviving in the garden. I wasn’t expecting to see one as they usually last til October but I can understand as the weather hasn’t been too cold. Though on Thursday, it was very very windy.
Anyway enough love
Take care ❤️

Omg. Fb is just… idk 🤷
Warning Comment
I totally understand wanting to break free from the toxic cycle of social media. I have always been anti-social media for the most part, namely because of its effects on the brain, as well as its overall addictive nature. I try to avoid it as much as possible, but it isn’t always easy. Facebook is the worst!
im glad you finally get a week to rest and relax. Hopefully its a pleasant holiday season for you😀
@ashestoashes thankyou very much
