 soooo my appointment went okay.. i think.

my case manager took me and told me she wouldnt talk for me, but would only be there as a support and if i got too overwhelmed then she will step in until i feel okay enough to talk again.

and she did. i spoke a lot though. my case manager said she was proud of me. and i realised after the appointment just how awesome she is. if i do get put on to disability (i wont know until after my next review in 6 months) i’m going to miss her so much.

i woke up with a slight headache today. its probably just because my body is hungry. i havent eaten yet because i dont -feel- hungry. but it is okay, later on i’ll be going for a walk.

i’ve been trying to get outside more. even if its just to go for a short walk in the backyard. 

if i could stop having meltdowns i think i could have a chance in being okay.
