Tired, Hungry, and need advice on weight loss
Yeah so I went to edmonton two weekends ago to see some friends. I was planning on having a good time until all I could hear was "hayley when you lose the weight you can wear these kinds of clothes" and, "Hayley WHEN you lose the WEIGHT you’ll totally look good in THIS" and "Hayley I can tell you how to lose weight" and "hayley, here’s some weight loss videos for you".
It was really depressing. I know they’re right, I mean I HAVE gained weight and it doesn’t look good, but it was just so depressing to hear.
So for the past two weeks I’ve been cutting down on calories, eating lots of oatmeal, veggies, stuff like that, and going to the gym. Yeah. Thinking "yeah, with all this I have to lose alot of weight and feel good again".
I’ve lost weight alright. IN MY BREASTS. seriously! That’s IT! Just my freakin’ boobs! Who CARES about the stupid breasts?! I mean yeah, I wouldn’t mind going down a few cups sizes, but that can be the LAST thing I lose weight in, not the FIRST and only thing! I’ts so discouraging, I mean now I’m disproportionate. I’m getting smaller breasts but the rest of me is staying the same. What the HELL?
I’ve been hungry and tired and cranky for two weeks, and this is my big pay off, small boobs and the same fat stupid body. grr.
Anyways if anyone can shed light on this, that’d be wonderful.
