Bad News for Us

So yesterday morning the phone rings and we hear our message click on and then we hear the landlady’s voice….

"call me back, here are my numbers, we need to talk"

So James calls her back and she tells him that she and her husband are seperating and that she needs the house in two months, preferably one month…

I’m not even sure she can do this because we DID sign a year lease, but now we’re going to have to find another place, and soon. She’ll give us back this month’s rent if we find a place within this month.

THIS SUCKS!!! We had such a good deal here, 775.00 a month INCLUDING utilities, there’s no better deal and this was a nice place.

So we have to find a new place and pack again and find someone with a truck AGAIN and…yeah, this bites.

*sigh* 🙁
