twenty questions (part II)
this was written a couple of days back, but after countless attempts, it wouldn’t save. it managed (without my knowledge) to save two entries with just ‘save??’ written on them, and I’ve deleted them, so i’m very very sorry to southern bint and caffe latte who took the trouble to leave notes on them.
well, i’ve just taken my ethics exam. it wasn’t too bad at all! twenty questions, an hour to do them in. but if you hadn’t done the revision you’d really be in deep trouble. there were about three that i had difficulty in answering, and i know if i’d just glanced over certain things i would’ve been alright with them. bah.
but one snag though – at the end i realised there was a designated spot for the politics people to sit, and i’d sat in the philosophy section with the two philosophers i live with. wail! i always do something extremely stupid like this. but at the end when the woman came to collect my exam book i was tidying up my paper a bit i.e making it obvious that the things i’d crossed out were actually crossed out) and she passed me and didn’t collect my paper. then another woman passed later on and i said ‘i think i’ve sat in the wrong place because i’m actually a politics student’ and she just say ‘oh, okay’, so i don’t think anything drastic has happened. maybe i’ll be marked more favourably, wahoo! at no point did it say that politics people sat a different exam or anything.
you see, i drank a can of red bull before the exam which makes me think more clearly, but after a couple of hours it usually makes me extremely paranoid (because i don’t drink caffeine very often). so this is the red bull talking, not indifferent old me. but it went fine, no disaster or anything, which is good.
okay, now i need to go and write my sociology essay… i’m certainly in a hyper enough mood to do it.
postscript: the damn thing wouldn’t save earlier on, so I’m trying again. miss brains lucy cocker (who does philosophy as her main degree) said that she didn’t answer seven of the questions! i was shocked.
Don’t worry about deleting the entries. Glad you finished your exam ok, even if you did sit in the wrong place, lol. Hope you have enough energy and motivation to do your sociology essay, jeez, the work just never stops!

You sat with the wrong people yet you sat the right exam? I’m confused, but, well, sod it – I’ll just go with what you say and assume it’s OK. Thinking hurts at the moment. RYN: Yes, I write my own books. And people who say they want to write book but never do really bug me. No one has ever said they have no interest in writing but will be good at it – very refreshing Miss Sock.

Ooh, I’m glad the exam went well. Red Bull always used to help me, as well. Hmm, I have a very odd Red Bull craving now.. xxxxx
