birthday dinner
i am so insanely busy (my politics essay ‘what is development?’ is due in today, so here i am at half eight in the computer room, trying to get it finished for the deadline of four o’ clock – and i’ve only written five hundred words so far) that i haven’t been able to write. plus fod won’t let me save entries for days on end and then decides to shut down altogether. grrr.
my sociology essay got done (hurrah) so this is the last push.. then i have to speed pack and shower, bung all my stuff in my dad’s car to go to a birthday dinner for my brother with his friends (who i don’t know). this is not the way i wanted to celebrate the last day of term. i wanted to go out in york and get very drunk and spend too much money.
today is going to be a long day.
Last day of term! How unfair, i still have another two weeks to go. I’ve decided that my uni is evil. Yes. RYN : I know. Cringe.

hopefully FOD might be back to normal now…jeez, what am I saying, this was normal for FOD!All these assignments, rather you than me, it takes me twice as long trying to cut down the number of words to fit the word limit than to actually write the thing out!
