Hi

Hi there!

How are you? And you? And you and you and you?

I am currently without a working computer or internet access and don’t know when I will be back online. I’m at the library now, a very nice library in my new neighborhood. (Jules – thanks for the offer but this is a problem not even Rich’s expertise could help I’m afraid. I have a crack in my screen which is growing by the minute! That and something else is wrong that will not allow me to get on the internet). I am appealing to Walmart because it is a relatively new computer and I am hoping they will replace it or at least give me a partial refund. I have no clue how the crack got there but I’m sure they will balk at that. We’ll see. In the meantime I am going to try to get my desktop back from my BIL who has been storing it for about 3 years!

Thanks for all the nice comments about our new home. I like it here but still don’t feel like I’m home, ya know?

I have come to realized that I don’t like not having access to OD when I want it! LOL It was all good and fine when it was my decision to take a break, but not being able to come on because I am at the mercy of the library doesn’t make me happy. Perhaps I’m being punished for being gone so long!

I have read a few diaries but I only have a limited time here. I came last Tuesday and am now here on this Tuesday. Most days they close at 5:00 🙁

I hope you all are doing well. Will probably come back next Tuesday if another solution hasn’t come up.

HI!! *waves back to you* I remember when I had to go the library to use their computers when I didn’t have access to one. If you remember that was for about a year. So yes I know exactly what you mean. LOL Having worked at Walmart as Customer Service (Returns), my past experience wants to ask you 2 questions. How long have you had the computer? Did you buy their extended warranty? Unfortunately if it’s been past a month I highly doubt that they would take it back. When I worked there general returns were 90 days, but electronics were 30 days w/ receipt. If you got the extended warranty your options would be better. Keep in mind that I’ve been gone for 3 years now, so it may have changed. *HUGGLES*

I spend less time on the computer lately but still would hate to not have the easy access. Hope your old one is working okay when you can get it hooked up.

**Waves** I’m at the library right now on the computer. My bf hasn’t set my computer up yet and I use his on the television and he can see everything I write. Some privacy would be nice. LOL.. I’d scream till I was red in the face to get Walmart to do something about your computer!!! Good luck!!
