Rabbit Quicky
We found a rabbit rescue that will take the bunny. Unfortunately, it’s 2 hours and 15 minutes away. They asked if we could have her there tomorrow because they’re having a spay/neuter clinic and it will enable her to be ready for adoption sooner. So, the only way we can make this work (unless I want to drive all the way there by myself with a rabbit and a new baby that has never been on a road trip) is to leave here at 4:30 in the morning, drop the bunny off at 6:30 and rush back home to get Duckie to work by around 9. And then I need to call the pediatrician about Lily’s God-awful constipation issues. But that’s for another entry, isn’t it?

Oh man! It sucks they couldn’t help out a mother with a new infant and come get it or AT LEAST meet you half way! Jeeze! Sometimes trying to do the right thing can seem like punishment. I hope Lily is ok on her first road trip. *hugs*

Did you switch Lily from breastmilk to formula? Or supplement at all? Or switch formulas if that’s what you’re using? If you’re breastfeeding, keep a log of what you’re eating…something could be causing constipation. Things such as broccoli, onions, green peppers, garlic…basically anything that would cause *you* gas, will cause her to have gas & constipation.
