Working out

Hey Everyone,

    So I totally forgot to mention in my last entry that I finally found a gym that was cheap enough and still had a great facility, supportive staff, and classes that I could attend later in the evening that are what I like. I am so excited and stoked about all this. I have been wanting to get into a gym for a while and now I finally am. The people were really great and I got a one on one with a trainer today. When I signed up yesterday they asked when I wanted my first day to be and I was like tomorrow, no more waiting. So I headed there as soon as I got out of work to meet with Joe my personal trainer. I am hoping I can talk my husband into letting me pay to have a trainer at least 4 times a month. I need a lot of help in the support area, someone to yell at me to keep going, push me to the limits. I know eventually I could do it on my own, but with basically starting all over after pretty much 6 years of no regular exercise I need someone there to help me. I would get him one on one 4 times a month, and then he would set up a program for me each week on top of that. So I would always have a program to go off of based on the goals that I set today.

   It was my first workout and I feel great, very weak, and at times I was very light headed, but I feel great knowing I made it through. Well, I was told to eat some carbs now that the workout was done and so it is dinner time. I loved having the personal attention. Have a great day everyone.
