Here are the daily workings:

Remember these are my goals that I try to go for, though doesn’t always happen:

Nutritional:

Calories: 1200-1550 grams

Fat: 32-56 grams

Carbohydrates: 163-326 grams

Protien: 60-127 grams

Calcium: 100-150 mg

Iron: 100-150 mg

Water: 8 glasses a day

Track Calories

Fitness:

Strength Training: Mon., Wed., Fri.

Cardio: Tues., Thurs., Sat., Sun.- 180mins/week, 1360 calories burned/week

Stretch before and after

Get an extra 10 mins cardio everyday

Other:

Take vitamin everyday

Exercise:

 I slacked a little, but I did enough to do some good calorie burning. I had to use the night to do laundry, and to do laundry we go to a laundry mat. So my exercise consisted of some stretching, then stairs several sets while holding laundry baskets and bags of laundry. I then had to go through the close constantly bendind up and down to get into washers and dryers. And then after we got home we folded the clothes and I did some cleaning around the house. So I had to piece in my exercise into my online program and it says I burnt 360 calories yesterday, just from the laundry and cleaning. Not what I wanted to do, but it will have to work since I had other obligations that needed done. I need clothes to wear to work as does my husband. 🙂

Other:

I did take my vitamin and my Medroxyprogesterone (which the 10th is the last day that I take that this month and hopefully forever), it is part of the reason I am gaining weight. 🙁
