Reaching for my Goals: 1-10-08

Hope things are well. Things are going alright here so far. Here is my goals for yesterday. I think I am going to start making Monday morning my weigh in and measurements day. I will add a section for that on those days only.
Nutritional:
Calories: 1200-1550 grams
Fat: 32-56 grams
Carbohydrates: 163-326 grams
Protien: 60-127 grams
Calcium: 100-150 mg
Iron: 100-150 mg
Water: 8 glasses a day
Track Calories
Fitness:
Strength Training: Mon., Wed., Fri.
Cardio: Tues., Thurs., Sat., Sun.- 180mins/week, 1360 calories burned/week
Stretch before and after
Get an extra 10 mins cardio everyday
Other:
Take vitamin everyday

It wasn’t the best of dinners, but we had a busy day and that was what we could come up with, though I am sure that I didn’t really eat that much of the hamburger helper, but I didn’t measure, so I just went with what I thought. At least we use the venison instead of the beef. Venison has a ton more protien and a lot less fat, carbs and cal.

Exercise:
Aerobics, General High Impact 60 mins, 672 cal. burned. It was a hard and long workout, but I don’t feel too bad today, so that is good.
Other:
I did take my vitamin as well as my last pill for this month, hopefully the last.
