week 9

My appt on April 13th was long, i first went in and they did an internal ultrasound, which was a little odd and thru me off i didnt expect internal. I heard the heartbeat, sooo quickly. The tech printed me two pictures, i just kept smiling. Its really happening. Hubby wasnt able to go with me this time. I went back out in the waiting area and was called in for the physical exam. Which wasnt great by any means but wasnt nearly as bad as i had been thinking. Not the first dr a met but a N/P i believe she asked me a bunch of stuff in her office about background in the families and any issues with babies. She also gave me a book and a couple magz and a planner/journal type thing. Love getting free stuff to read!  The due is still Nov 19th.  I also found I’m 0 Neg blood, so anybody can use my blood. I then went back to the waiting area and then the mrger office lady came to talk to me in her office about my insurance and payment information.

I’ve had insurance for 2years and have never used it i’m very anti-doc, so i dont really know what my insurance would cover and wouldnt. Not a huge deal gotta pay month for 5months to meet the reserve that will be applied toward the delivery cost. It confused me a bit but my sister helped explain what it meant.

In the mean time i’d been taking an scribe for UTI and i stopped taking it because it was giving me a yeast infection. Which i now know is very common when you take this med and is much more common to happen during pregnancy. Wonderful, grr. So i felt horrible "down there" and i’m finally getting that cleared up now. Oh but wait now i have a rash that is itching the hell outta me at every chance, on my arms/legs, hands feet, stomach, back, chest… and i dont know what is causing it. I didnt change soap, food, nothing that would trigger this reaction nothing new.  Can yeast infection give an all over rash??  I finally dont itch down there but everywhere else does.. grr.  My sex life is suffering!  With all these itchy issues i dont want to be touched. Hubby says hormones made me break out with rash. I dont know… i’ve been waking up a couple times during the night just because my skin is irrating me so much.  I think i’d rather go back to just peeing more often then all these other problems that have followed trying to cure that one.

I have another appt on May 11th and then on June 4th and another on June 22, thats the big full body scan ultrasound to check everything, hubby’s gotta go to that one.  The 11th they will be measuring the neck to check for downsymdrome(sp) and other stuff like that..thats kinda scrary though. Hope all is normal and healthy.

My mom and grandma already talking baby shower when i come to visit the family in aug, since it will be the only time i’ll be up before the baby born (wow thats a though). Its a little disappointing i just dont see us moved by aug and i wont have any place to have baby stuff, i could add them to our storage unit but i hope i have the space to set up and use the stuff. God we need to move before this baby comes

I’m 9weeks 2days. Smells are bothering me alot, sick feeling in the morning after taking a shower. Still better then last week i was always feeling crappy. Trying to eat more snacks thru out the day at work.

I really like the name lucus for a boy, i’m not sure about girls names yet. I’ll try to keep my ideas in here. Hubby and I havent even started to talk about names but i wanna get ideas. David is His fathers name, so i thought he might like that.  I like the name bella just not really as a first name…more a middle.  We’ll see
