Yes, i have started a diet ( today is my 3rd day)..oh but not just any diet….i’m on the ATKINS diet. I have to confess that carbs are my weakness and so lets see what happens. I’m giving myself to weeks to see if i notice a diff. So far i do notice that i don’t feel as bloated ( or as full either..lol) i’m not starving and seem to be feeling good. I don’t want to weigh myself untill after the fisrt week…wish me luck and motivation.
EDIT* So far so good…lost 4 lbs in 4 days…woohoo!!
I just want to lose 10-15 and maintain!
Best of luck! I’ve heard both good and bad things about Atkins but I’m sure you’ll do great!

You can do it. That’s the only way my husband loses weight. It melts off when he’s on it but it comes right back (fast) if he doesn’t eat sensibly once he goes off of it. My nephew, however, started melting away and didn’t stop. Once he lost too much he had to eat more to see what his ideal daily calorie intake was. Now he’s at the perfect weight and maintaining. 🙂 Good luck! xoxo
