I had to pull the plug on the whole operation…
So what is up lately?? Well as of yesterday Anthony and I decided to get Gianna out of Daycare. What??? Yes sir…to be honest with you i still do not feel 100% comfertable leaving her there ( even though i see her through the webcam). Let me state my reasons for feeling this way:
#1 Since she is just learning to crawl ( she crawls backwards..lol) they sit her her in a boucy chair or a jumperoo for HOURS at a time saying that “she doesn’t like to play on the floor like the other children.
#2 Gianna has only been sick once she was born and that was during Xmas when it was super cold and she got a cold for about three days…well ever since Monday she has had the worst congestion ever! She sounds so full of phlem my poor baby and she gets gets this coughing fits that make her throw up. She has thrown up twice at the center from coughing so much..and they only called me once to tell me about it.
#3 When she first started there there where only 4 babies in her room and now there are 11…and only two care givers! There is just too many babies for them to care for properly.
#4 All tghis week on her report they stated that she did not want to eat breakfast…so that means that she had her 6oz bottle at home at
6am and then did not eat again till 12:30??!! i don’t think so…I think they try to feed all the babies at the same time, not when they are asked to do so. I don’t think all babies will be on the same scehdule…
#5 They rearranged the rooms and my husband was super upset that they had her crib next to a huge window!! Hello it feels cold..even though the heater is on i’m sure being next to the window felt cold.
#6 Most importantly she is not HAPPY( she cries all the time there) which means that mommy and daddy are also not happy š
I plan to go and speak with the Director sometime next week and let her know that we are pulling her out..
We wanted to know how it would be…and hey it only took us $ 525 to find out ( darn it!!) Anyway so i gues she is going back to my MIL house. I don’t know how i feel about that yet…but i do know that she loves going over there. Also i have talked to my mother and asked her that if need be that she could come and take care of Gianna twice a week..if needed.
We’ll see how things go…why can’t i just hurry up and win the LOTTO!!!!
saw you on the front page that sounds like a legit list of reasons to me! maybe find a better place? š

Oh my…yep, I’d be pulling her out, too. No way would I want her miserable and sick all the time. When I win the lotto I’ll send some directly to you. Deal? xoxox

Those are some good reasons to pull her out. I’m sorry it didn’t wok out like you would want it to. I hope the congestion clears up, that’s the worse for a little one š

I took Brooklyn out of daycare for all the same reasons. I seriously do not think there’s any way that 2 people can handle that many babies. We have a babysitter that keeps Brooklyn now. She has a 2 year old son and Brooklyn is so happy over there. Maybe you can find a friend or someone who’s a stay at home mom to keep her? It works for us:)
