Am I ignorant? No, it was just an honest mistake..

Ok, so Anthony got fired, right?  Well there was this lady that called while Anthony was here, she refused to leave any contact info so it took Anthony 3 days to track her down and figure out who the hell she was.  Anyways, the entire time my boss was going on and on about how ignorant she was and Anthony should have got her info blah blah blah.  Bottom line, she is part of the reason Anthony got fired.  Well, Roger told me the other day that she wants to get into appraisals so she may be coming here, which means she will be replacing Anthony.  When I told Anthony that, he was pissed.  How can Roger go on and on about her being ignorant and such and then be so anal about stupid shit with Anthony and want to replace him with her?  Well, when Roger told me she might be coming, he said to me that she is ‘confident’ which to me says cocky and then he said he thinks we should get along, unless we get in a catfight, which he hopes we dont.  First of all, Roger has NEVER said anything to me like that before about ANYONE he hired in here to train, that sends up red flags right there, obviously he knows we wont get along, our personalities will clash.  Secondly if shes cocky Im really gonna hate her.  Thridly, Ive talked to her on the phone since then, I have found out she has children my age, which means shes not going to view me as an authority figure.  She will see me more as a child and not want to listen to me and follow my directions.  Thats gonna cause problems.  So, I just got off the phone with her again, just from the 2 phone convos Ive had with her, I dont like her.  Anyways, just now she asked where Roger was going today, when I told her she asked where it was, so I said it was West of here, but its acutally East.  Its early in the morning she caught me off guard, so she says to me "how old are you?" when I told her she went on and on about how I sound like her 2 children……she basically called me ignorant and was laughing and saying she was going to tell Roger that I said West instead of East.  Its an honest fking mistake bitch.  I caught on to it and corrected myself.  If thats how she acts, I really dont want her in this office.  Oh well, let her come, it will get me the fk outta here quicker because I will leave if I have to put up with that shit.  Just because shes older and thinks she knows it all dont mean shit.  Im not ignorant, I may be young but I know what the hell Im doing.  And FYI bitch, Ive been here going on 4 years, YOU ARE NOT ABOUT TO COME INTO MY TERRITORY AND TRY TO DO THINGS YOUR WAY.  FUCK YOU!

So, Roger thought she was idiot way back when, he had issues with Anthony being an idiot, or so he thought, but really I think Roger just didnt want him here.  On top of that, she was supposed to come to the office the other day to talk to Roger and maybe go out in the field with him, she never called, she never showed up.  She doesnt leave contact info when she calls, which is one of Rogers BIGGEST pet peeves…..so tell me again why he is considering hiring her to train? 

If he pays her right from the start I will be highly pissed because he refused to pay Anthony until he felt like Anthony could do an entire appraisal on his own, no mistakes.  Well, he wouldnt ever take Anthony with him and actually show him what to do, he just handed it to him and told him to do it.  Regardless, Anthony was here for going on 8 months, it was at least an hour drive for him one way every day, and Roger just shit on him. he wouldnt pay him anything.  Anthony, like me, did most of the work, infact, Anthony was expected to do more because he was the trainee……and still, he got nothing in return, not even a thanks.
