Scrum-diddly-umptious!
I’m so lucky, I’ve got cakes booked out for the next 5 weeks solid, and another referral coming through for Easter weekend!
Amazing that this time last year, I was just picking up a piping bag, deciding it would be fun to learn how to make cakes for my kid’s birthdays.
Now, I’m actually making money doing fun stuff! I made a practice cake today, just for the fun of decorating it, and it was so fun! An hour in the kitchen, and I’ve been in a great mood the rest of the day! And I was even true to my diet and gave it away, woo!
I’ve got 2 cakes and 2 dozen cupcakes to bake tomorrow, along with 2 dozen cupcake toppers and some stars so they can dry overnight. So I guess I’d better get to sleep!!

You’re doing great! I wish I had the resources and the motivation to sell my cakes and cookies! But I don’t have the resources, don’t think my baking is that great to qualify it as professional and my energy is low. I just concentrate on writing books. Have you thought about reading inspirational texts? They lift your spirits up! 😀
