I’m alone and I don’t know if I can face the night

Well, I’m not alone, I just have that song in my head. Really not sure how I am going to face this night, as I’m now sick as a dog, and since Anna is still unwell…a bad night this way comes….

I had my second cake class this week, and I must say, it was soooo much more relaxed. There was a class member missing, so I was only teaching 3 and it was around my dining table. We had a good time, and instead of a 2 hour class it was a 2 hour 45 min class, lol. We could have carried on too, but my throat was starting to kill so I ended it. Made up for my accidentally ending early last week!

Ali to Ella to swimming this week, all alone since Anna is still unwell. I was pleased he did, I managed to get some things tidied while he was gone, and prepare for class. After class was over we had to go to the supermarket, but we were both tired and so ended up being super grumpy. It was ok, we made up later while the kids were sleeping/watching tv 🙂 He’s a good husband. We’re both so flawed as to be perfect for each other!!

Anyway, I’m going to cut this one short, as my neck and shoulders are really achy. Sickness? Pregnancy? Who the heck knows!! I just need to get this girl to sleep so I can too.

I will say; the only good thing about having sick girls (and I hate having sick girls!!) is that they are very cuddly and only want mommy. I rock and rock and hug them, and just feel like I can hold them forever. It is a rare thing with toddlers, I take the cuddles where I can get them!!
