Homeless

Well we didn’t get the house that we applied for. It seems although the owner would consider pets they had an application in from a couple of young kids that didn’t have pets. They preferred to take the chance of a couple of young kids over a married couple with 2 ex show dogs, Thier loss. I think in a way it will work out for the best because although the house was very nice, the yard was small and for dogsa and a child that’s not really what I want.

We are looking at another property this afternoon which is very close to the city and is actually in a suburb we are keen to live in. I think this may be a better house, but will need to have a look at the inside first before we get too excited about it.

We also have a plan this weekend to grab the paper and look at pvt rentals. That would be my ideal situation as I had rental inspections with a passion, and from past experience pvt rentals don’t seem to do inspections. Either that or I have been etremely lucky in the past.

Other than that life is still chugging along. We really need to find somewhere to live before Christmas, as our lease is up on the 4th of Jan – I would hate to be homeless!

Just another little piece of me…..

Don’t fret hon….the ‘perfect’ home is waiting for you. You just have to find it. There’s always something huh? *HUGS*

Fingers crossed that you find your dream home soon… I’m sure you won’t end up on the streets, but I can imagine that it’s kind of unnerving to have the end of the lease coming closer.
