The Big Game

Tonight was Courtney’s big game against "The Team", the only team that has beaten them. Rebecca’s game was before Courtney’s so I missed the first quarter of Courtney’s game. I had also missed the first game Courtney played against this team. But as soon as I saw the other coach, I remembered the team. Asshole coach.

I wasn’t too happy, however, with how our coach was handling himself. Sometimes you just have to step back and let people be assholes, they will eventually get theirs. As soon as you stoop to their level, you’re just as bad as they are.

I didn’t hear any girls taunting anybody. Courtney said she didn’t either.

It’s quite evident that all the other teams we play don’t push us enough. We have good, talented girls but this team was scoring and scoring on us. They basically had one good girl and one tall girl but somehow they beat us by 20 points.

Rebecca played outstanding in her game. She wsa moving the ball great. She took 3 shots but didn’t score. But I think this is the first game she’s actually taken a shot in, so that is an improvement.
