MOW

I drove for Meals on Wheels today. The title comes from one time, there was a note on one client’s sheet that they were hard of hearing so ring the doorbell and call out "MOW". (meaning, "Meals on Wheels" but abbreviating it to fit on the sheet.) Well, those of us waiting in the car could hear the lady bringing the meal go up to the door and yell "Mow!" It was funny.

My work has a route we do every day. Each team has one day, and each team is broken into about 5 groups so it works out that every person only goes once every 5 or 6 weeks. It’s pretty enjoyable.

I found out exciting news yesterday – my sister-in-law Mary Anne is pregnant! They have a son, Jacob who will be 2 this summer. They live in Wisconsin.

I stayed at work until 6 last night. I was here at 7:30 this morning. I’m sure I will be here until 6 tonight and tomorrow night. I’m taking off a week in June and I can’t wait.

Lost is on tonight. I love that show. It is delightfully bizarre.
