Month Four Weigh-In and Measurements
On the 29th of July, I had my 4 month weigh-in and measuring done at Curves. Pictures at the end.
Had a small loss both in pounds and inches this last month. Hit a plateau at 255 for the LONGEST time before it finally decided to cut me loose. I am still very happy with ANY loss, even a small one. It’s not a gain, so I’ll take it.
Here are the numbers:
7/29/2010
Weight – 250 1/2 pounds (254 3/4 last month) = 4 1/4 pounds lost
Bust – 40 in (40 1/4 inches last month) = 1/4 inch lost
Waist – 43 inches (43 inches last month) = no loss
Abdomen – 52 inches (52 1/2 inches last month) = 1/2 inch lost
Hips – 53 1/2 inches (54 1/2 inches last month) = 1 inch lost
Thigh – 29 1/2 inches (30 1/4 inches last month) = 3/4 inch lost
Arm – 14 1/2 inches (15 inches last month) = 1/2 inch lost
Body Fat Percentage – 42.6% (43.6 last month) = 1% loss
BMI – 39.52 (40.19 last month) = 0.67 loss
According to my weight/measurement report, I lost 4.36 pounds of body fat (of the 4.25 pounds I lost), and 4.25 inches.
My 4 month total weight loss is 34 1/2 pounds (27.12 is body fat pounds). And I’ve lost 25 1/4 total inches off my body. My body fat percentage is down 4.40%, and my BMI is down 5.40.
Here are this month’s pictures, even though I don’t think I really look all that different. I had Michaela take them, and was going to have her redo them, but I decided to just go with these. Will definitely remember to choose more flattering pants next time. =P

RYN: since you did not voice your opinion and no one can see notes but me, I am thinking that I would not agree with your opinion. LOL! It’s quite alright sweetie, I know that we all have an opinion and have rights to your own opinion. I just think that if someone feels that way, they can more tactfully put it than what she did. I do respect her opinion, even though I do not agree with it.

RYN: Thats pretty cool. My best friend had her baby on oldest’s birthday this past year. She is excited to share!

RYN: See I think that the “healthy” waist of 34.5 for me is perfectly obtainable. However I do not think that the 27 inches “Ideal” waist line is. I think that is just totally unreal and is setting me up for failure. So I would like to get do to about 33 or 34 inches. IF I go smaller than AWESOME!
