Yesterday…Shopping Like Crazy!

Yesterday was a pretty good day. I’m paying for it now though lol. First of all I had to go to work and that sucked! I did not want to get out of bed. I knew we’d be really slow and I was having to work with the guy that really bugs the crap out of me. I got there…would have been early, but I got pulled over…what a way to start out the day right…well actually, normally when I’ve been pulled over in the past I just started bawling..it was like an automatic reaction. Yesterday I just startd laughing..I still don’t know why. I was just driving along and didn’t even see the cop until he started to turn around lol…when I looked down I was going 45 in a 35…I just had a feeling that he wouldn’t give me a ticket….he came up and he told me I was driving a little fast and I kinda laughed and told him that I noticed that when I looked down and that I wasn’t paying attention. He just took my drivers license and that was it..good thing because I couldn’t find my registration for some reason. He took my license back and I swear he just sat in his car because that’s what it looked like..he sat there for a minute and then came back, gave me my license and told me to slow down.
Anyways, I got to work and did my normal cringing with I walked through the door because I can’t stand to hear that guy talk! BLAH drives me crazy. Then I just kinda sat down and time was just dragging. I just flat out told the guy that I was going to do my run a little early and then leave early if that was alright. He was fine with it because he knew how slow it was going to be. So while I waited..we had maybe 1-0 customers the entire time I was there..the phone probably only rang that many times too…anyways so I sat down and got all my homework organized and figured out what I needed to get done first. I have a list and I might post it in here so I can keep track of it lol. Anyways, by then it was FINALLY about time to go do my run. So I did that and the warehouse was just about as ‘busy'(sarcastic) as we were. There as like no one of authority there lol..I’m surprise the place was as calm as it was. I had a little conversation with one of the guys there while I was waing and I’m still trying to figure out exactly what was meant by his words. I mean my MIL(matt’s step mom) works in the office there). Keith, the guy I was talking to, asked me if I spent Thanksgiving with them..and I told him no we went to Poky. He was like giving me crap and told me I was lucky that I didn’t have to spend it wither Deby(Matt’s step mom). I told him that they never really told us what their plans were…and he’s like’ You probably liked that huh”…I must have got a confused look on my face…and he was like “Or do you guys get a long now and everything’s okay”…I said yeah…
I was really confused, because he acted like there had been some big blow up between us or something. I mean I complain sometimes about her, but I mean, there’s really no hard feelings…I mean from the sounds of it it’s a typical MIL relationship. I don’t know, it then got me thinking that maybe Deby had been complaining at work about something….know what I mean? I don’t know, it’s probably nothing, but someone has had to have said something somewhere. I’m beginning to think that it could have been way back in the day when Matt was working at that warehouse and we just had barely got together and I don’t think Deby liked me much then. I mean I was young, immature, and overall I was a bitch. I’ve grown up since then and I’m really thinking that’s what it’s about, but oh well.
Anyways, so I left work about 2:30. We got swamped right at 2 when I was gonna leave. I mean it wasn’t swamped, but pretty steady. I left and stopped at the bank and got some money. Then I headed to my grandmas to get my sisters. I picked them up and we took my dads pickup and headed to go shopping. We were all in the mood to shop and spend money. I was the only one who had money though lol. I had planned on buying them each something, but I didn’t plan on spending as much as I did. We just went to the mall and at first didn’t buy anything. I mean I had spent $20 on gas to put in my dads pickup. Then we got drinks and stuff too. So there was like $30. At the mall I bought my sister a little beanie baby. Then we went into Old Navy and went crazy. At first I never really liked that store, but I absolutely love it for baby clothes! I ended up buying my friend one outfit for her little girl and it was totally adorable! Then I have my cousin’s baby shower today so I bought two litte outfits for her. Which crap I just realized something! She’s not even due until March and I bought winter outfits. I mean the one has a snowman on it…Shit..I’m so stupid. I’ll probably keep them and run out and buy her something else. Matt’s going to Idaho Falls with is parents maybe I’ll ride with them and stop into Old Navy again or something! I can’t believe I did that!
Anyways, then we wandered around and I spent money on getting something to eat and what not. Then I ended up buying some PJ’s for me…like 4 pair of underwear for my sister. I bought her a shirt and a sweatshirt in Old Navy and then 2 shirts in another store. I bought one shirt too. Then my littlest sister I bought her two cute shirts and a pair of really really cute pants in JC Penny’s. Crap..I really need to go back to the mall now!
I’m dumb..lol
Then we headed home, later than planned, and Matt was already at my grandmas. They had eaten without us. We got there and ate and just sat and talked. My dad got a wild hair in his but and decided he needed go buy a computer. One of the ones that Wal Mart had in their add for like $500. I ended up buying 2 cds and a little bag to put my cousins stuff in.
Hmm well I’m gonna go jump in the shower so I can go with Matt!
