Still gotta love kids!

Today has been an interesting day. I was on my own with three kids for about 5 hours. I feel like I did pretty darn good keeping them entertained lol. I mean I absolutely love kids, I just get kind of nervous around them. It’s weird. Anyways, it’s really opened my eyes to what a life with kids is about. I mean we’ve babysat these guys before, but it’s been fun this weekend. A little stressful, but with our own kids we’d be able to raise them in a way we felt was right. I mean these kids are the best. I mean I admire their mother…and any other single mother….any mother for that matter. Their mother has three kids and does a pretty darn good job for being on her own. For the most part they are typical boys. Well the two anyways…Matt’s neice is just hilarious lol. I think a lot of the boys’ attitude comes from their dad. From the sounds of it he’s not too strict on making them mind and they get it in their had that they don’t have to do anything anyone tells them too. It gets a little frustrating at times. I mean I know with kids they will have thier moments and you’ve got to work around it. Blah..I dont know. At one point today we had 5 kids ranging from ages 9-1 in our house. My sister and my step sister came to visit and played outside with Matt and the boys. I thought Matt would go insane, but I honestly loved every minute of it. I stayed inside but sounds like they all had a blast outside. Matt was telling me a little while ago how much fun he had. His getting pretty attatched to his neice. Can’t blame him a bit though. When he walked through the door her face just lit up and she grinned. She had been pretty grouchy until then. It was cute. She’s been such a nut today. I could go on forever. I’ll tell stories and maybe post pictures later…maybe tomorrow.
Anways, I guess I should go. We’ve got two left to get to sleep and it could be a challenge. LOL
