Go to a place like http://www.snapfish.com and make an account (its free) and upload your pics there. Then right click on the picture (make sure you right click on the picture when its big and not the thumbnail) and go to properties and highlight & copy. Then go to your entry…click the symbol that looks like a pic with a mountain & sun in it. Paste the code in the top box , press OK and there ya go!

other people explained it, so hopefully they help you however i just wanted to saw photobucket.com is wonderful (and way easier to use than snapfish or photoisland) and has a lot more room and is just fantastic.
