Possible Major…Wanting to Spend Money!

Blah, I’m only a week into the new semester and I’m already procrastinating. Typical me. I’ve got to get better grades this semester though. I’m leaning towards a major though. I think I’ve mentioned it before that I’ve been considering Psychology. I was finally able to fit Psyc101 on my schedule this semester and I had the first class today and I LOVED it. I’m so looking forward to it. I hated waking up early today and not being able to sleep in, but it’s so gonna be worth it. I don’t know what gets my attention about Psychology, but it’s just interesting to me. My only problem is, I enjoy learning about it, but what am I gonna do with it…know what I mean? Hmmmm I guess I’ll figure it out.
Anyways, how’s everyone’s weekend been so far? Mine’s been pretty darn good. Lastnight we didn’t do much because I had to be up for class this morning. We just sat home and watched some TV. Matt’s been ordering DVD’s from his Columbia House account and we got Pitch Black and American Wedding. We drank a little, but just because we were bored…well I was anyways, but Matt had a bad day. We had some good ‘nookie’ as he would call it. LMAO, he’s a dork. I know you probably don’t care to hear about that, but oh well, my diary, I’m free to write whatever I want.
Anyways, so yeah after class today I just came home and played on the net. I’ve been trying to get a friggen calculator off ebay and I’m too cheap. I looked up regular prices on them and checked out Wal Mart and they are anywhere from $130-$140. I’m trying to get one for around $100 and it’s just not working. I need one for my Math class. I’m trying to get a TI-83 Plus Silver Edition. Rumor is, it’s the easiest one to use and what not…so yeah. Then my mom called and asked if we wanted to meet her in town because she had some Mary Kay stuff for me. We met her and ended up going to Gringos and eating with her and my sister. After that we went shopping at Kmart and picked up a few things. Then we went to Cold Stone and I got me some ice cream. Then we went to Wal Mart. After that we just came home and have been hanging out. We’ve been trying to decide what to do….well we need a new couch…bad….we also need a new computer. I mean I have my laptop and it works fine, but Matt’s computer is just one we’ve pieced together and it is really really slow. He’s been complaining a lot lately, it’s time for a new one. I’ve checked out Dell and they’ve got 0% til 2005. I paid my laptop off lastnight….so it wouldn’t be any different than what we’ve got now…bill wise. I dunno, I’ll wait and see. The couch thing….we went and looked today, but nothing we liked…we really like the couch we have now, comfort wise, but it just gets little foam fuzzies all over. It’s annoying…
We’d also like to fix up the house a bit. I mean it’s not worth putting a lot into, but it could use a little work. Mainly just painting. That’s the first thing on our list. We’re just going to pain all the walls in the place. We’d like to get new carpet…at least for the living room…it’s not that big, so it shouldn’t cost that much.
Well anyways, Matt’s grouchy and doesn’t feel good so I think we’re going to go to bed.
