Update!

I guess the last time I wrote I was preparing for New Year’s Eve. It turned out to be a really fun night! I got off work an hour early, so Zach took me to see ‘Bad Grandpa’ which was a really funny movie! Then we went back to his house and cuddled for awhile. I left around 9:30 and went home to change for the rave. On the way to the rave I got pulled over for speeding, but luckily just got a warning! Whew! Jaclyn text me when I was heading out and said her and her bf decided to come after all, so that was a nice surprise! I hung out with her most of the night and then we all went to a friends house afterwards and I didn’t end up getting home until about 9 a.m. Which means I spent all of New Year’s Day in my bed asleep! =P

Other than that I’ve been working a ton…back on overtime again, which is why I’m at work right now. Work is work I guess…not much to say about that!

On Wednesday at 11:45 p.m., my brother’s fiancee (Leigha) had her baby! She wasn’t due until early February but she had very high blood pressure and wasn’t feeling too well so they decided to induce her. I worked Thursday and then me and my sister drove up there (about 1.5 hours from our house) to go visit the baby. My parents had stayed the night there the night before. He is so cute! His name is Mason, he was 7 pounds and some ounces…the Dr. said if my Leigha would have went full term Mason probably would have weighed around 9 pounds…yikes! lol! I’m pretty excited to be an aunt. The only kind of downside is that now my brother, Leigha, the baby and their dog will be moving into my parents house at the end of THIS MONTH. That means my entire family, plus a dog and 2 cats will all be living in one house. They are only staying until they are able to buy their new house (it’s my aunt & uncle’s house…they are building a new house that is not done yet, so that’s what everyone is waiting on).

I am hoping to be able to move out within the next few months, but we’ll see. I’ve found an apartment that I think I want, I just need to go look at the inside. It’s across the street from a one bedroom I used to live in, but this one is a 2 bedroom (never lived in a 2 bedroom by myself before!) and it’s less rent than I paid when I lived out by my work (my last apartment) in a one bedroom. It also has washer/dryer hook up, which is awesome because I bought my own washer/dryer last year when I moved into my place. AND it’s literally like 3 minutes from Zach’s place hehe. =) My commute will be about 30 minutes, but that’s way better than the hour I have now!

Speaking of Zach, things have been going amazingly well. =D Last weekend he took me to his friend’s wedding reception so I got to meet a lot of his friends that I haven’t met yet. I’m fairly certain everyone loved me. Most of them were just shocked to see Zach with a chick!!! lol! I seriously had the best time ever with him that night though! We rode there with one of his friends and then got Grace to come pick us up afterwards so that we could drink as much as we wanted. I laughed all night. It still amazes me how great of a time I have whenever I do anything with him. I’ve never had this before. A lot of his chick friends are very clique-ish and I felt a little intimidated by them but I think in time I will start to feel much more included. One of his friends, Katie, I really didn’t think liked me but I guess she told Zach that night that she really likes me and that means a lot because she never likes other chicks. That made me happy. =) A couple weeks ago, me, Zach and his friend Ben were talking about kids for some reason and I said I used to want to name my kids Bud and Mary Jane and Zach was like "Bud and Mary Jane (* = his last name)…I could deal with that, it sounds good. Hah! It’s weird but I feel like both of us just know this is meant to be and we will be together forever…may be too soon to say that but who knows. We’ve been dating for almost 2 months now, which is cool. =) He still hasn’t asked me to be his girlfriend…whenever his friends ask about it he says "Oh she hasn’t asked me yet"…grr haha whatever!!! Though at the wedding last weekend when the groom came up to us and asked if I was his girlfriend Zach just said yes, but I’m still waiting on him to officially ask me! I don’t know if I should just bring it up or how to bring it up? I want to change my FB status to in a relationship with him so bad (I know I’m silly..) but I don’t know how to bring that up either, so if anyone has any suggestions or advice it would be much appreciated!

Oh and I forgot to mention we still haven’t had sex yet! I think this is a good thing! =)

All in all things are going very well! Now I just need to keep paying my debt down so I can move on up to having my own place again!!!
