Still working hard on trying to be positive. I feel it slipping away again and feel like I’m starting to go back to the dark place but I’m struggling so hard not to.

I’m starting to feel again like I can’t do this.

I feel very hopeless all of a sudden and that "nobody likes me" feeling is very strong.

1.5 more hours of work (credit time) and then I can go home and cry into my pillow.

I really hope that Lightning in a Bottle and the experience of California helps me to change…
