Buddy Day
The fair is in town this week, showed up on Friday and will be here through Sunday. It’s Buddy Day today, so me and Katie are taking Kasin and Johnathan. I took most of the day off so I could go! We have 100$ to spend. lol… I sort of hope we don’t spend that much, but I sort of figure we will.
I’m planning to bring Milo along, but I’m pretty sure I’m going to regret it… Ugh, maybe I will just bring him in to daycare instead so he can take a nap.. I wanted to take him to the petting zoo, but we are going from 12-3, which is nap time.. I already told daycare he wasn’t coming until 3, though. I’m working closing, so I’ll be going in from 3-6… AAAAhHHhh, Idk. I’ll prolly just bring him along with us.
My head is killing me, because Milo still loves to get up at 6am. Evil monster baby. I hate waking up. I’m sooo not a morning person.
Ross isn’t here, so I’m letting Milo have free reign of the house, no baby gate… he’s been wandering around upstairs and then coming back down and hanging out in here for a while, then going up to check on stuff, and coming back down. I’m thinking this is a far more effective method than barring it off, because the gate is a Huge PITA, to begin with, and since it’s "forbidden" he wants to go up there ALL THE TIME. Now it’s just old news.
He’s such a pill, still. His ear is infected, again. Right ear. Just took him to the walk-in clinic this morning, and they were all "oh, yup." I figured it was, because he’s had a low fever and has been fussy and super cranky last night, woke up a few times until I gave him some motrin to settle him down at about 11. He was in bed at 8 but woke up two or three times before I gave him some motrin. Anyways, all that makes for a sleepy momma, which makes for a headache.
Free-reign Milo found an apple in the kitchen, just a whole apple on the table (it’s the last one, so the fruit bowl got put away) and he’s just carrying it around, munching away. lol. so cute. I love it, he lovvvves apples. Sometimes when he gets Subway or a Happy Meal, he just eats his apple slices and calls it a day.
He’s starting to talk in little sentences, "No, momma!" "Go, daddy!" "Hi, puppy!!"
He really likes animals, puppies and cows, mostly. We took him to the fair on Monday night and he petted some goats and sheeps, and he was SO excited, yelling "Moo moo!! Moo moo!!!!!" and patting them. He loved it. I’m hoping to take him into the petting zoo today when we go, so he can pet the baby cow and see some chickens and bunnies closer up.
UGh, I think it’s time for ME to take some Motrin, too. I need to look up the sign up deadlines for fall, indoor soccer for Kasin. NOT looking forward to paying that 120$. Also need to pay like 500$ for the math class I’m taking, I need to do it before I sign up for fall classes, too.. might talk to the business office and see if they can let me sign up and get my loans first so I can pay it with that… ugh. we’ll see.
I still have no idea what school Kasin is going to, I called the school district and they said to call Woodriver, and that they have no idea. Kasin has chickened out on going to Woodriver, now, but it’s too late, at this point.
Alright, Kasin threw his socks and they’re stuck on a shelf in the stairwell, so I’ll have to go retrieve those.. *shakes head* ttfn.
